Obituary for Nathan Todd Pickos
Nathan Todd Pickos, 22, of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, from injuries involving a motorcycle accident, with his dad, mom and sister at his side.
Born in Kenosha on September 17, 1995, he was the son of Todd and Janet (Ewer) Pickos. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he graduated from Tremper High School in 2014 and was planning to start welding school.
Nathan worked as a forklift driver with Midwest Refrigerated Services. He enjoyed fishing, camping, kayaking, feeding his birds, flying drones, playing video games, forging with his dad, and spending time with his family, especially his Godson, Kaden.
Survivors include his parents, Todd and Janet Pickos of Kenosha; a sister, Shannon Pickos; a nephew, Kaden; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, especially his dogs, Sam and Maddie.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jon and Sue Pickos, and Forrest and Dorothy Ewer; and a sister, Amanda Lea Ewer-Pickos.
Nathan’s family would like to thank all the SICU nurses and the trauma team at Froedtert Hospital for all the care they gave him this past week.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 15th, at Proko Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated.
