Obituary for Sima Sepehri Kreager
After a short but valiant battle, Sima Kreager, 56, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away from kidney cancer on Saturday, March 2, 2019.
Born in Mashhad, Iran, on February 10, 1963, she was the daughter of Hachem and Mariam (Borhani) Sepehri.
While attending Medical school, she met Michael Kreager. They were married on June 28. 1985, in Baltimore, MD.
Sima was proud to receive her medical degree but was most proud of her children. She enjoyed traveling, cruises, sewing, spending time at their beach house on Lake Michigan, and hosting tea parties at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. Michael Kreager; her children, Christopher, Stephanie, and Steven Kreager; her parents, Dr. Hachem Sepehri and Dr. Mariam Borhani; and her siblings, Sina Sepehri and Betina (Ahmed Sorayanejad) Sepehri. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 8th, at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you spend time with your loved ones.
The family would like to extend a thank you to Sina Sepehri, Dr. David Knight, Dr. Melinda Knight, Dr. Ashwani Sethi, the staff at St. Catherine’s, and the staff at Hospice Alliance for their compassionate care.
