My condolences to Russell’s family. Had not seen Russell in many years - we were in the band @ FHHS together. He was always the nicest guy ever! And of course - what a drummer! May GOD’ peace keep and comfort you, and Russ - RIP; though I suspect there’s a band coming together!

My husband and I had the ultimate pleasure of meeting Russ when he called bingo at a few establishments. He always made you laugh and smile, genuine and loving. He invited us to come listen to the band he was in Bounty Hunter Five and instantly I knew it was a band I could listen too all day long. The band was warm and welcoming and boy they knew how to ROCK !!! Watching Russ play those drums was seeing that he was born to do just that... share his talent with everyone, rocking n rolling. You will be forever in hearts Russ.. Amber and Tamara please contact us if you need anything. Alan and Susan Kallerud

I have so many memories with Russ. From gigs we did together to hanging out listen to music. I will share this one. Russel got us into the KiKi lounge, ( when you see the sign to Zare you know you are there.) The bouncer was a FHHS wrestler, Of course I was under age. We saw a Band called Tracer, Since I was a rookie at drinking I decided to drink Gin and Tonic. We had a blast as the night wound down we decided to sty at Russel's parents house. Well that night I learned Gin and Tonic can do to a young man, Since that day I have never touched it again. Russ turned me on to a lot of music and when I hear Montrose, Gin and Tonic, Talk with friends about the old rock and roll days of So Florida it always reminds me of Russ. I am sorry he couldn't make it this summer to So Florida he messaged me and we were gonna hook up. Russ till I see you at the great gig in the sky. Remember you were loved by so many people and you touched so many lives. RIP my Dear Friend.
