Obituary for Patricia M. "Patti" Martin
Patricia M. Martin, 74, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at her home.
Born in Chicago, IL on October 3, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Charles G. and Helene S. (Reichel) Hall.
On July 12, 1969, she married William J. Martin. They met each other while working at Underwriter Laboratories. She worked as a secretary at both the Chicago and Northbrook locations.
She was proud to live for over 50 years in the home she and her husband purchased after their wedding.
Patti loved the Lord and had a special place in her heart for Blessed Mother, St. Anthony, and St. Jude. She enjoyed collecting Snowbabies and attending Silver Sneaker classes at the YMCA.
Survivors include her two children, Laura White, and Jeffrey (Stephanie) Martin; and her beloved cat, Murphy.
She was preceded in death by her husband on September 18, 2007; and her son-in-law, Russell White.
A Memorial Visitation will take place on Saturday, June 19th, at Casa Capri, 2129 Birch Rd, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. when Patti’s life will be celebrated with a meal. Entombment will take place privately at All Saints Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Safe Harbor Humane Society, where she adopted Murphy.
