Obituary for Lester W. Kazirod
Lester W. Kazirod, 61 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Clairidge House, Kenosha, WI.
He was born April 23, 1959, in Poland, the son of the late Mieczyslaw and Maria (Jachym) Kazirod. Lester lived in Buffalo Grove, IL briefly before settling in Kenosha in 2002. On August 3, 2003, he married Agata Wach in Waukegan, IL.
Lester loved music, playing guitar, and singing. He enjoyed soccer, and was a martial artist specializing in judo and karate. Strawberry shakes and KitKat bars were among his favorite snacks and he was known for his jokes and silly faces; he loved to laugh and make people smile.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 17 years, Agata; his daughter, Violetta Kazirod and stepdaughter, Berenika Stelmasiak; his siblings, Grazyna, Jozef, Andrzej, and Agnieszka; a grandchild, Konstanty; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m.– 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Proko Funeral Home, with a memorial service commencing at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to a family memorial.
