Obituary for Jamie Scott "Brown" Verzal

Jamie “Brown” Scott Verzal, 61, of Tomah, passed away Monday, March 25th at William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison.

Born in Kenosha on January 24, 1958; he was the son of the late Julian and Alberta (Hawke) Verzal. He later moved to Silver Lake where he lived for many years, then Nowalk and most recently Tomah.

Jamie served in the United State Army as an Operating Engineer until his retirement.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Jamie is survived by his daughter Kimberly (Jarrod) Wormley of Sun Prairie; siblings, Rod (Carol) Verzal of Bristol, Pam Diaz of Kenosha, Timothy “Mr. Mayor” Verzal of Deerpark, WA, and Joel (Sherry) Verzal of Antigo; and many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jeffrey and Terry Verzal.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 5th at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park Chapel, 4300 Green Bay Road at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow with Full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
