Dear McGinley Family,
We will likely be unable to be with you on Saturday, but please know we are with you in our affection for Jim, the pleasant memories of our times together and sympathy for your loss. Our memories of Jim will always include a good laugh and the sense that he was sincerely interested in how we were and what we were doing. What a great blessing that you had him for 87 years!

It is upon the foundation of people like Jim and Chancy that we build our lives. The warmth and "wisdom" of a cup of coffee with Chancy at St. Catherine's Coffee Shop and a beer with Jim...well...anywhere, helped us become the good people we are today. They also gave us you, our forever friends, our nephews, and our deeply missed sister-in-law Carol

Jim was a down to earth guy who loved his family, loved the people with whom he worked and the friends he made along the way. We are proud to be two of those friends.

Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bob and Joyce Riedl

To the McGinley family, I so sorry to hear the news. Your Dad has a special place in our hearts. He and my Dad were very close, and they both knew how to enjoy life and bring a smile to the people around. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Tom Thomey

To the McGinley family, I'm sorry for your loss. I've known Jim for many years while I was working at the Kenosha Sheriff's Dept. Jim always had a smile on his face no matter what problems he had with the building. He may have uttered a few words under his breath, but always had a positive attitude. Always said Hi when passing in the hall. He was a great person and it's a hard loss. Rest in Peace Jim. Prayers for you and your family.
