Obituary

Donald “Don” Guy Perugini, 84, of Palm Springs, CA, formerly of Kenosha passed on October 16th, 2019.

Born in Kenosha, WI on March 17th, 1935; he was the son of the late Sam and Margaret (Kass) Perugini. He attended local schools.

He is survived by his children; Linda Fernandez, Patricia (Rick) Lee, Ronald (Beth) Perugini, Steven (Betty) Perugini, Sandra Perugini, and Paula Perugini; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Shirley J. Fatherree of Ashdown, AR and Linda (Gary) Brockman of Kenosha. He is further survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other special family and friends.

He enjoyed playing golf, pinochle, and spending time with family. In 1944, Don and his sister, Patricia started a dance team performing at Great Lakes Naval Base, Nash Motors, local talent shows and Fourth of July street dances.

Anyone who met Don loved him. He was loved by so many. We rejoice knowing he is in heaven playing golf with his beloved grandson, Eric Perugini. Also, preceding him in death were his parents, brothers; Joe “Sonny”, Louie, and Sam Perugini; and sisters, Sarah Horton, Patricia Cosentino, and Thelma Drea.

Don served in the military and was a proud sponsor of The wounded warrior project. Any donation in Don’s name would be an honor. (support.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate)

Services were held in California.
