Obituary for Daniel Tyron Economous

Daniel Tyron Economous, 55, of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, June 27th.

Born on October 12, 1963, in Chicago, he was the son of the late Lawrence John Economous and Sandra Lee (Voychak) Lopez.

On September 23, 1985, he married Sabine Brigitte Zeeh in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Daniel served in the United States Army for 9 years and was ranked a Sergeant.
He will always be remembered for his kind and giving spirit and the love he showed towards his family and friends. He served his country and in his last selfless act was to be an organ donor. He was always willing to help those in need.

He is survived by his daughter, Roxanne Economous of Germany; his wife, Sabine Economous of Germany; his sister, Stacy Boberg Baysinger of IN; nephews, Brian (Caitlyn) Boberg of IN and LCpl Benjamin (Lisa) Boberg USMC both of NC; cousins, Mari Jane Collins and Melisa Rodriguez both of IL. He is further survived by other loving family and friends.


A committal service will be held on Thursday, July 11th at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Road, Elwood, IL 60421 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Legion would be appreciated by the family.
