Obituary

Dale Anthony Stearman 56, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee.

Born in Cook County, IL on May 10, 1964; he was the son of the late Harold and Joan (Krusinowski) Stearman. He moved to Kenosha in October of 2003.

Dale earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He was employed as a project manager for HireGenics.

On May 10, 2014, he married Sara Aydee Orellana. They met in Peru when Dale was only 19, serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They re-connected years later.

He enjoyed woodworking, playing board games with his daughter, and traveling with his family to other countries to observe the different cultures. He loved cooking and baking things, especially bread that his mother taught him to make and barbecuing. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Dale is survived by his loving wife, Sara Aydee Orellana Soria de Stearman of Kenosha; six children, Carol (Chris) Cardenas of Utah, Jared (Alisha “Sha”) Stearman of Kenosha, Brent (Stefani) Bejar of Peru, Nathan (Emily) Stearman of ID, Cameron Stearman of CA, and Ariana Stearman of Kenosha; three grandchildren, Sophie Stearman, Avril Bejar, Aiden Stearman and one on the way, Dale Cardenas; one sister, Pam (Rich) MacKinnon; and two brothers, Tim (Betty) Stearman and Keith (Genevieve) Stearman. He is further survived by many other loving family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020, at 12:30 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1444 30th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53144. Entombment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Monday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Due to the current health pandemic facial coverings will be required and the number of people at one time inside will be limited. You may be asked to wait outside. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I had the privilege of working with Dale at Milwaukee a few months back. He was a very good co-worker and an awesome human being. Have never met the family but have heard your stories through him. Because of sudden changes due to Covid, we could not take him out for a farewell lunch and had decided will connect later. Never did we know that the later is not going to come. I wish him peace in the better world and condolences to the family.
