Allan Charles Eilts, Jr., 43, of Bristol, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 26, 2020, at his residence.

Born in Arlington Heights, IL, on January 14, 1977, he was the son of Allan Eilts, Sr., and Catherine Flynn. He was educated in Harvard, IL, where he participated in “small town football” and was proud to be a Harvard Hornet.

On December 13, 2015, he married Tracy Marshall in Kenosha, and later referred to her as “wifey luvuvmylyfy”.

Allan was employed most recently by Steiner Electric as a Generator Technician but spent many beloved years at LionHeart Critical Power Specialists.

A natural born entrepreneur and entertainer, Allan could be found buying and selling tools, cars, houses, or anything else, and singing with the voice of Waylon but the raps of Tupac. He has a passion for trade skills like carpentry, mechanics, artistry, and even vintage RC cars. Aside from buying and selling other’s items, Allan originally co-founded Boxstar Apparel, designed specifically for CrossFit, which he was known for the quirky taglines. Besides CrossFit, he participated in hundreds of races, marathons, and triathlons. A saying that sums him up perfectly is “go big or go home”.

Despite not having a positive male role model, Allan was an excellent husband and was adored by his children. His family and friends know him best for his kind heart and making sure everyone was taken care of. He is survived by his wife, Tracy; two sons, his birthday twin – Vaughn, and Cody; two sisters, Sue (James) Moilanen and family, and Karen Morari; two special nieces, Jamie (BJ) and Kelly (Jack); his grandmother and aunt; his wife’s family; his childhood friends who are brothers at heart – specifically Timothy Blue & family; and countless other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Catherine; and two sisters, Pat and Cathy.

The family would like to thank the Ritter, LionHeart, and Steiner families, CrossFit Kenosha and the entire CrossFit community, and Boxstar Apparel.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 8th, at Proko Funeral Home, from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m. To stream the service, copy and paste the following link into your browser - Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, Allan’s family would appreciate a donation to a fund set up in his name to help bring awareness to mental health and suicide prevention. (Information TBA)

“My dearest Allan – We will rise up like the waves, in spite of the aches. We will rise up and move mountains in your name. And we’ll do it a thousand times again.”

A kind soul lost too soon from the world. I new Allan growing up and he was the kindest, most generous and funny individual. He had such a strong bond with his friends. He will be greatly missed by all. My heart goes out to his friends and family. While only having a moment on this earth, he will forever be in our hearts.

My dear tracy and Vaughn and Cody. Although I had only met Allan once I was so impressed with the love and sunshine he brought to your lives. And I’m forever grateful for that. Rest In Peace Allan. Your family is loved.
